FitBliss Selected for the Salesforce Accelerate Program, Adds Former Salesforce & Oracle Execs to Their Advisor Team

FitBliss selected to participate in the Healthcare Cohort of Salesforce’s Accelerate Program, aligning with the Healthcare Industry teams to address the $43B Workplace Wellness Market.

FitBliss has been selected to join the Salesforce Accelerate Healthcare Cohort starting February, 2018. FitBliss, a leading employee wellbeing platform, provides employees with a digital platform built natively on the Salesforce App Cloud. With the recent announcement of Cohort 3, FitBliss will be aligned with the Salesforce product teams, AppExchange teams, and Health Cloud (Healthcare and Life Sciences) innovation teams. FitBliss has added strategic advisors to their Advisor Team. Rajani Ramanathan joins the FitBliss team of Advisors, previously holding the position as Salesforce.com COO & Executive Vice President of Technology and Product. Vasant Kumar joins the FitBliss team of Advisors, previously leading Product Development & Engineering at Oracle and now COO & Board Member at Vayu Technology Corp.

“We’re thrilled about the selection to participate in the Salesforce Accelerate Cohort #3, focusing on tackling a $43B Healthcare market in Workplace Wellness,” says Navid Rastegar, CEO & Founder of FitBliss. Research has shown the global workplace wellness industry has grown over 6% since 2013, and continues to grow rapidly. With stress as one of the leading causes for

physician visits, employee wellbeing programs are becoming more and more significant.

“From personal experience, I can say that when we get caught up with our careers and in trying to balance all priorities in our busy lives, our focus on health and fitness is the most commonly neglected aspect of our life. This is where a corporate wellness program helps us be more conscious, since it will give us a framework to adopt and sustain behaviors that will reduce health risks, improve quality of life and enhance personal effectiveness,” says Rajani Ramanathan, former COO & EVP at Salesforce.com and now FitBliss Strategic Advisor.

With recent announcements of Amazon, JP Morgan, & Berkshire Hathaway forming an alliance to better manage the health and wellbeing of their employees, the awareness of employee

wellbeing has risen to the top of the list for the C-Suite. FitBliss provides employers with a unique and personalized experience to deliver value-based health engagements. “FitBliss provides a wonderful platform to share, collate and track your metrics related to mindfulness, physical activity, diet, sleep patterns all of which contribute to enhancing the lives of every one around you,” says Vasant Kumar, former Oracle Product & Engineer Executive.

With FitBliss and Salesforce.com partnership and Accelerate participation, FitBliss provides a seamless employee experience, weaved into the DNA of the day-to-day employee tasks.
